The registration code you sent me doesn't work. What's wrong?
Click on the Products menu item at the top of the web site, then click on
the product you want. Left menu will appear with Overview of the product.
In the left menu click on Downloads item. One or several links will be displayed
with explanation for each one. Click on that link and accept downloading and
saving the product.
If you have a slow dial-up connection, you may experience disconnects or
drop-offs during the download. To be able to continue downloading even after
such issues you have to use one of download managers that allows you to resume
downloading if an error occurs (so you don't have to start all over). There are

allowed to share the full version of a product with your friends and neighbors - they have
to purchase their own copy.
Registration is the process of paying for software that is published as shareware.
A lot of our products are published as shareware, which means that you can download
and try it for free. When you using our software on a trial basis, you see enough of the
program to get an idea of what is it like, but after expiration period - you have to purchase
it or uninstall.
In order for unlimited use of the program, you must register it. When you register
your copy of the program, you will receive registration e-mail containing either
a registration code (with instructions how to use it) or a download link to the full version
of the product.
To register your copy of the product, you must purchase it.
Some of our software require a registration code. On the registration screen of
those programs, click on the Register button. Enter your name and registration code
exactly as they appear in your registration e-mail, then restart application to complete

Once we verify your information, we will resend your registration e-mail to you within
12 hours. We recommend you to print out your registration e-mail when you get it,
just so you have a copy somewhere that is not on your computer.
Our registration codes are based on the name you provide us. The normal reason
a code doesn't work is that the name and code you entered do not match. This could be
because of a mistype when you registered.
The first thing to do is to try your code again. Make sure you enter the name and
code EXACTLY as they appear in your registration e-mail, using the same capitalization
and punctuation. Be sure to include any dashes when you enter the registration code itself.
If you still have problems, then e-mail us the name and code you are entering.
Be sure to include your order number in your e-mail. We'll let you know what the
problem is, or we will issue you a new code.
